3. Consider authorizing the release of the Subdivision Warranty Bond, along with any remaining construction bonds for the North Logan Apartments (The Meadows) Subdivision (2200N 200W).
4. Consider authorizing the Mayor to sign an Addendum to an Agreement regarding compensation for an easement for a culinary waterline.
