PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Davis County Property Committee will hold a meeting at the Davis County Administration Building, 61 South Main Street, Room 306, Farmington, Utah, commencing at 3:30 pm on Thursday, September 18, 2025.

Business/Action Items:
Property Located in and/or near Bountiful City
1. Review and determine whether to declare a parcel of real property known as Tax ID 01-016-0002 as surplus property and, if declared surplus property, determine the manner of sale of this parcel of real property. Minutes from June 17, 2020: A discussion was held on this property. After the discussion the following motion was made: Kent Andersen made a motion with instructions to staff to check with Bountiful City and forward to future meeting to discuss the uses of the property, Bob Stevenson seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.
Property Located in and/or near Centerville City
2. Review and determine whether to declare a parcel of real property known as part of Ricks Creek and identified as Tax ID 02-152-0040 as surplus property and, if declared surplus property, determine the manner of sale of this parcel of real property.
3. Review and determine whether to accept a parcel of real property known as Tax ID 02-051-0004 as donated real property.
Property Located in and/or near Clearfield City
4. Review and determine whether a parcel of tax sale real property known as Tax ID 12-126-0110 exists on ground and, if declared non-existence, determine the manner of disposition of this tax identification number.
