TOWN OF KOOSHAREM 71 N Main St Koosharem , UT 84744 SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE KOOSHAREM TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD A SPECIAL TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC MEETING TO INTERVIEW PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATES FOR KOOSHAREM TOWN MAYOR FOLLOWED BY A VOTE. THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 25, 6:00 PM AT THE KOOSHAREM TOWN HALL AND COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N MAIN ST, KOOSHAREM, UT. Those who live within the Town of Koosharem limits and willing to follow standard election requirements laws (US citizen, registered voter) may be considered for the appointment by filling out the questionnaire attached and submitting it to Koosharem Town Offices (CLEARLY LABELED) or by giving it to any of the Town Council by 5PM on September 24th. The questionnaire will also be available at the Koosharem Post Office or by asking any of the Town Council or Town Clerk. The interview process will be open for the public to listen and give comments after. Items on the agenda (which require no published notice of time) may be considered earlier than shown on the agenda. The Agenda shall be as follows: Welcome by Town Council Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Open Up Questionnaires/Interviews of the Prospective Candidates Vote to Fill Vacancy of Mayor Position from Among the Names of the Candidates Interviewed for Mayor Meeting Adjournment CERTIFICATE OF POSTING NOTICE AND AGENDA I, the duly appointed and acting Clerk for the Town of Koosharem, Utah, hereby certify that copies of the foregoing Notice and Agenda were posted at three public places within the municipality; emailed or hand delivered to the Mayor and Town Officers, posted on http://pmn.utah.gov this 11th day of September, 2025 Which public places are: Grass Valley Mercantile Koosharem Town Website Koosharem Town Hall & Community Center DATED this 11th day of September, 2025
