- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Holladay Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, September, 16, 2025 as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an preliminary design application of a retail site development plan for 'Lot 3, BLOCK C' within 'Royal Holladay Hills' mixed-use development in the R/M-U zone located at 1888 East Rodeo Walk Drive (Cottonwood Mall). The development concept and preliminary site plan will be reviewed by the Planning Commission for compliance with the SDMP (2007) and Holladay Ordinance 13.65.070(C). The proposed amendment is available for public inspection on the City's website www.holladayut.gov and at the Community Development Dept. during normal business hours. The public can watch the live video stream of the meeting remotely at https://www.holladayut.gov/government/agendas_and_minutes.php. To make a public comment or to provide input during any public hearing, you can do so in the following ways: 1. In-person attendance at Holladay City Hall. 2. Email your comments by 5:00 PM on the meeting date to cmarsh@holladayut.gov or call 801-527-3890. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Stephanie N.
