ALPINE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Alpine City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 16th, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Alpine City Hall, 20 North Main Street, Alpine, Utah.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following proposed code amendments:
- Amendment to Alpine Development Code 3.01.060 - Site Plan requirements for building permits.
- Amendment to Alpine Development Code 2.03 - Appeal Authorities, clarifying that fees must be paid before an application is considered submitted.
- Amendments to Alpine Development Code 3.02, 3.03, 3.04, 3.05, 3.06, and 3.07 - Allowing schools as permitted uses in each zone, as required by Utah State Code ยง10-9a-305.
- Amendment to Alpine Development Code 3.01.110 - Adding a definition for a front yard on a corner lot.
