Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Cedar City Planning Commission on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, starting at 5:15 p.m. in the Cedar City Council Chambers located at 10 N. Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comments on the following items:
1. Consider an Amended Plat for Fiddlers Canyon Hills Phase 1 in the vicinity of 1935 N Fiddlers Canyon Road
2. Consider an Amended Plat for Fiddlers Canyon Hills Phase 2 in the vicinity of 1935 N Fiddlers Canyon Road
3. Consider a General Plan Amendment from Highway/Regional Commercial to Central Commercial in the vicinity of 1157 South Main Street.
4. Consider a Zone Change from R-2 to Central Commercial (CC) in the vicinity of 1157 South Main Street.
5. Consider a Development Agreement Amendment in the vicinity of 93 East 900 North.
6. Consider vacating a Public Utility Easement in the vicinity of Hidden Canyon Road and 1600 South.
