NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS________________________________________
Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Development Review Committee will hold a Public Hearing on September 15, 2025, in the Public Works building, located at 275 East 200 North, commencing at 10:00 AM.
The public and each affected entity is invited to provide information and comment for American Fork City to consider in the process of the proposed items.
- Notice of public hearings on an amended plat for the Miller Properties.
a. Public hearing on an application for an Amended Final Plat, known as Miller Property (210 N 825 E), located at approximately 210 N 825 E, American Fork City. The Amended Final Plat will be for approximately 0.29 acres and will be in the Residential (R1-9000) Zone.
b. Public hearing on an application for an Amended Final Plat, known as Miller Property (229 N 860 E), located at approximately 229 N 860 E, American Fork City. The Amended Final Plat will be for approximately 0.45 acres and will be in the Residential (R1-9000) Zone.
The applicant is seeking to adjust the lot line between two properties that they own. This adjustment is to help ensure that the lots meet width and depth requirements and allow for the sale of one of the properties.
Shortly before the public hearing, supporting documentation is posted on the city website at www.americanfork.gov or available by contacting the City Recorder at 801.763.3000.

Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Development Review Committee will meet in regular session on September 15, 2025, at the American Fork City Public Works building, 275 East 200 North commencing at 10:00 AM. The agenda shall be as follows:
