- ORANGEVILLE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING Tuesday, September 4, 2025 7:00 PM PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN. The Planning and Zoning Commission of Orangeville City, Utah will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on September 4, 2025 at 7:00 pm to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth. AGENDA Items to discuss, approve or deny: 1. OPEN MEETING 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 4. CITIZEN CONCERNS (five minute time limit) 5. SHORT TERM RENTAL LICENSE- Meran Kay 6. BUSINESS LICENSE - Amanda Lake 7. CITY WATER ON COUNTY PROPERTY - Luke, 310 W SR29 8. BUSINESS LICENSE - Jordan Hussey (JH Haulaway) 9. TIME CHANGE RESOLUTION - Discussion 10. THREE LOT SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE 11. ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT (ADU) Ordinance 12. DISCUSSION - Conditional Use Permit lists 13. ZONING ADMINISTRATOR REPORT - Seth Manning 14.
