Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive input on a Rezone Application to change the zoning district on properties located in the general area of 400 South and 1200 West from A-5 (Agricultural District) and M-D (Manufacturing-Distribution District) to P-R-M-7 (Planned - Multiple Residential District) on approximately 260 acres. The public hearing will be held Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604. Business Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
