NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will hold public hearings on September 9, 2025,
at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council
Chambers, located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The Planning
Commission will receive public comments concerning the following items:
Mountainland: Mountainland Supply is developing a lot in the Rush Creek Industrial development.
Mountainland needs to construct a retaining wall on their property. City Code requires a 3-foot setback for
retaining walls. Mountainland would like to construct the retaining wall on the property line. The proposed
development agreement would provide a legal path to allow them to do so. EMC Point of Contact: City

Parkway Fields Stake Center: Site Plan review for a proposed church located within the Parkway Fields
development at 2858 N Pony Express Parkway (Parcel No. 70:028:7065). EMC Point of Contact: Planner,

Trails at Hidden Valley: A request by Perry Homes for Master Development Plan Amendment approval to
amend the Lower Hidden Valley Master Development Plan and Agreement pertaining to approximately
244.60 acres of property located in Section 30, T5S, R1W, (County Assessor Parcels/Serial #s 58:040:0149
& 58:040:0010) located west of the southwest corner of Hidden Valley Parkway and Pony Express Parkway
on the east side of Pony Express Parkway in Eagle Mountain City; application identified as the 'Horizon'

Rush Creek Phase A 1B: Development Agreement approval on 51:822:0001 at 796 E. Split Rock Dr. to
permit a retaining wall to be constructed immediately adjacent to the south the property line. EMC Point of

Eagle Mountain Municipal Code Amendments:
EMMC 17.72 Architectural Standards: Amending Title 17, Zoning, regarding commercial and multi-family
design regulations to include but not limited to, site plan, architecture, parking, and acceptable building
