PUBLIC HEARING: The Planning Commission of West Haven City, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday the 24th Day of September, 2025 in the Commission Chambers at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah, at the hour of 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to receive comments concerning a request to rezone parcel number 080300010 from A-1 and A-2 to PH. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. Public comment can be made in person and digitally via Zoom https://us06web.zoom.us/j/86539464549
A-1 (Agricultural Zone 1) Standards §157.230 through §157.240 and allows for several agricultural uses and single-family homes with a 20,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size. A-2 (Agricultural Zone 2) Standards §157.255 through §157.264 and allows for several agricultural uses and single-family homes with a 40,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size. PH (Residential Patio Home Zone) Standards §157.410 through §157.419, which allows for single-family homes with a minimum of 6,000 sq. ft. lot size and up to five units per acre.
