NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
You are receiving this notice because you are an affected entity or record owner of property in relationship to the application of the subject property.
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Bluffdale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 which will begin at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following Land Use Application:
Applicant(s): Mountain Point Business Center 2, LLC and Mountain Point Business Center 4, LLC, represented by Connor Roberts

Request: To approve the Plat Amendment Application to adjust the shared boundary between Lot 2 and Lot 4 of the Mountain Point Business Park Subdivision
