- The State of Utah DHHS and Local Public Health Governance Committee Meeting Approve Minutes: August 4th, 2025 Grant Title Executive Committee Review Description Strengthening U.S. Public Health Infrastructure, Workforce, and Data Systems Year 4 Continuation 12/1/25 to 11/30/26 $406,478 Needs Review PHIG A3 continuation application: this grant application was reviewed and discussed. A motion was unanimously approved to recommend approval to Governance of the application as presented. This specific application is for continuation in preparation for year 4. A2: Foundational Capabilities and A3: Core Data Modernization are annual funding that we would like to renew. CDC gave us a level funding amount with year 1 for both strategies (amounts below) to use in preparation of budgets. - A3: $406,478 Rules Review/Discussion: Rule # Rule Name Topic Other Agenda Items: Other Agenda Topic Discussion Includes Notes Exempt Grants (These grants have been labeled as exempt during the past two weeks): Grant Name Application Due Description Next Governance Meeting: September 1st, 2025 (This meeting needs to be rescheduled due to the holiday)
