Resolution R2025-H: RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FY2026 (JULY 2025 - JUNE 2026) FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN FOR FISCAL YEARS 2026-2030 FOR THE TOWN OF VIRGIN, UTAH. 3. Ordinance 2025-11: An ordinance amending title 16 of Virgin Municipal Code to rename 'Limited Commercial Habitation' to 'Live Work'; To add definition's accordingly, to expand availability of the use, and to amend associated standard's 4. Ordinance 2025-XX: An Ordinance allowing Town Council to retrieve untimely ordinances from planning commission: An ordinance amending title 16, chapter 4, section 2(I) to allow town council to consider planning commission's failure to make a timely recommendation as a negative recommendation pursuant to state code. 5. Palmer Zone Change: RE-ZONING V-2-1-21-226 (CURRENTLY RURAL RESIDENTIAL ZONE) TO COMMERCIAL ZONE. DISCUSSION ITEMS: A. NON ACTION ITEMS / NO VOTE 1.
