Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Commission Executive/Budget/Audit Committee will hold a meeting on Monday, August 18, 2025 beginning at approximately 3:30 P.M. Please take notice that a quorum the Board of Commissioners (the 'Board') of the Central Wasatch Commission (the 'CWC') may attend the above-referenced meeting. The agenda for that meeting is accessible here: Utah Public Notice Website, the anchor location, The Salt Lake Tribune, and Deseret News.

1. Chair Jeff Silvestrini will open the public meeting as Chair of the Executive/Budget/Audit Committee of the Central Wasatch Commission.
2. Review and approval of the minutes of the May 28, 2025 meeting.
3:30 P.M. Review of Draft Board Meeting Agenda
1. The committee will review the draft agenda for the September 8 Board meeting.
3:55 P.M. Research Intern Report Discussion
1. Staff will discuss progress on the CWC intern's research report on land designations.
4:00 P.M. Community Engagement Internship Discussion
1. Staff will discuss the need for a potential Community Engagement Intern and how the role would be funded.
4:10 P.M. Upcoming Legislative Session
1. The committee will discuss goals for the upcoming legislative session.
4:20 P.M. Land Conservation Discussion
1. The committee will discuss addressing the land conservation program laid out in the Mountain Accord.
4:30 P.M. Stakeholders Council
1. Stakeholders Council Chair Maura Hahnenberger will introduce herself and, if applicable, discuss pertinent activities of the Stakeholders Council.
4:40 P.M. Mountain Accord 10-Year Anniversary
1. The committee will discuss the 10-year anniversary of the signing of the Mountain Accord.
4:45 P.M. Staff Announcements
1. Youth Council updates.
2. Millcreek Canyon Shuttle public comment surveys results.
3. Member jurisdiction invoices will be going out this month.
4. New podcast episodes.
5. The next EBAC meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 15, 2025 at 3:30 P.M.
6. The next Board meeting is on September 8, 2025 at 3:30 P.M.
