Disclosures: PUBLIC HEARING: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 1. Peter Goodwin - Requesting a Conditional Use Permit for an Industrial/Energy Service Companies on property owned by Tobin & Wendy Roberts located at 534 N 9500 E, Gusher UT, Serial Number 14:045:0022. 2. John Murphy DVM - Requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Veterinary Hospital on property owned by Roan Horse Holdings LLC, located at 3632 W 500 N, Vernal UT, Serial Number 04:114:0060. PUBLIC HEARING: REZONE 3.
