2. PUBLIC ART PROJECT. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will discuss a public art piece.
3. ENGINEERING AGREEMENT FOR THE ELK DR. & BRIAN HEAD UNIT 3 SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AREAS (SAA). Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will consider an agreement for engineering for SAAs.
4. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. Discussion on potential items for future Council agendas.
