PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Weber Fire District Board of Trustees will hold a Board meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, in the Training room located at Weber Fire District Station 61, 2023 W. 1300 N., Farr West, Utah. Board Members may participate electronically. Meeting Agenda: 1. Call to Order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Invocation 4. Public Comments - Comments will be limited to three minutes. Step to the podium, state your name and city of residence. No action can or will be taken on any issues presented during the public comment period. 5. Approval of Minutes - July 8, 2025 6. Presentation of 2024 Budget Year Financial and Audit Report: Corey Urie, Child Richards CPAs & Advisors and Ben Probst, Gilbert & Stewart 7. Presentation of Farr West Landing CRA - Doug Larsen 8. Discussion and Action on the Following Resolution - Resolution 12-2025 - A resolution approving and authorizing the execution of an interlocal agreement between the Community Reinvestment Agency of Farr West City and the Weber Fire District; authorizing the District to participate in such an agreement and authorizing the Boad Chair to sign such agreement; and providing for an effective date. 9. Presentation and Discussion of IFFP - Fred Philpot, Lewis Young Robertson & Burningham 10. Formation of Budget and Audit Committees. 11. Discussion and Action on the Following Rule and Regulations: - 100.20 - Health and Wellness 12. Administration Report 13. Board Presentations 14. Adjournment
