- WEST POINT CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, August 14, 2025, the West Point City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 3200 W 300 N, West Point City, UT, beginning at 7:00 PM. The public hearing will be for a proposed rezone regarding property located at approximately 1383 N 4350 W. The request is to change the zoning on 0.713 acres of land from A-40 (Agricultural) to R-1 (Single Family residential/maximum of 2.2 units per acre). The concept plan shows 2 single family lots being developed at this location. All interested parties are encouraged to attend and express their opinion on the matter.
