- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a Planned Development Amendment to the Bloomington Courtyard PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) zone. The applicant is seeking approval to add the following to the permitted use list: -Bar Establishment The site is generally located at the northwest corner of Pioneer Road and Brigham Road. The applicant is Peppers Cantina, and the representative is Richy Rivera.
