Pursuant to 52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the Monroe Trails Committee of Monroe City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular committee meeting on the above date at the City Office, 10 N Main, commencing at 4:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: (The order of business may be changed as time permits.)
1. Welcome and Call to Order: Committee Chairperson
2. Roll Call
3. Approve 2024-5-6 Meeting Minutes
4. Public Input
5. Business
a. NEPA - Anything needed to close out?
b. Immediate Plans for Starting Trail Construction
1. Start contractor bid process
1 Bid the east side and the west side separately?
2. Part-time trail crew as well? Could possibly come after school Sept-Nov and on Saturdays.
3. Equipment purchases
