Notice is hereby given that a petition for annexation has been filed with Spanish Fork City, which petition has been certified as of July, 21, 2025, which petition covers 221.88 acres consisting of property owned by GWC Capital, LLC/Clyde Capital Group, LLC; CPPD Investment, CE; Jon White; Kimberly Schardine; Ronald Boyack Nielsen and Allyson Nielsen; Rodney Kirk and Carrie S Kirk; located at approximately 1050 West 6400 South, Utah County. The complete petition and accompanying map are available for inspection and copying at the Spanish Fork City Office, located at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah. Spanish Fork City may grant the petition unless a written protest is filed with the Utah County Boundary Commission, Attn: Alice Black, 100 East Center Street, Provo, Utah 84606 or Spanish Fork City at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah 84660 on or before August 20, 2025. Those entitled to protest must be the Legislative body or governing board of an affected entity or owner of rural real property defined in ยง17B-2a-1107.
