PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees (the 'Board'), of Verk Industrial Regional Public Infrastructure District (the 'District'), will hold a meeting of the Board on Monday, July 21, 2025 commencing at 3:00 p.m., at Spanish Fork City, Library Hall, Explorer Room, 80 South Main Street, Spanish Fork UT 84660 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda:
I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
A. Call to order.
B. Public Comment.
C. Review and consider approval of minutes from the June 25, 2025, special board meeting (to be distributed).
D. Update on insurance matters.
II. FINANCIAL MATTERS
A. Financial / Bond Update.
B. Conduct public hearing on the amendment to the General Fund, Debt Service Fund and Capital Project Fund of the budget for fiscal year 2025-2026 and consider of the same (enclosure).
C. Review and consider approval of Policy regarding Finance Costs Procedures (to be distributed).
D. Authorize the opening of a District bank account and authorize designated signers for the account.
III. LEGAL MATTERS
A. Review and consider approval of initial reimbursement to Spanish Fork City from Bond Proceeds.
B. Review and consider adoption of the Resolution amending Bylaws to change from calendar to fiscal year (enclosure).
IV. TRUSTEES' MATTERS
