NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 22nd day of July 2025 at the hour of 6:00 p.m. of said day in the Council Chambers of Heber City, 75 North Main Street Heber City, Utah the Planning Commission will hold and conduct a Public Hearing to consider:
Proposed Development Agreement for 525 N 600 W.
Summary of proposed amendment:
The applicant would like a reduced setback for accessory buildings to build an accessory building closer to 500 North and the existing home than the permitted setback of 10' and separation of buildings of 12'.
If the Public is unable to attend, the Public Hearing comments can be emailed to PCPublic@heberut.gov. Comments may be read aloud during the open comment portion of the Public Hearing and will be included as part of the permanent public records for this meeting.
