- Agenda review for the City Council and Special Redevelopment Agency meetings;
City Council:
- Update - Zone Ogden;
- Proposed Ogden Municipal Code Title 8 Amendments;
- Council Business:
o Arts Grants Ordinance Amendments;
- Council Comments.
Redevelopment Agency:
- Board Business; and
- Board Comments.
Any items not fully addressed prior to the 6:00 p.m. City Council and Special Redevelopment Agency meetings may be addressed immediately following those meetings.

2. Opening Ceremony:
a. Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Request to be on the Agenda:
a. Appointment of Michael T. Slater as Ogden City Fire Chief. Mayor Benjamin K. Nadolski is requesting advice and consent on the appointment of Michael T. Slater as the Fire Chief for Ogden City. (Appoint/not approve appointment - roll call vote)
b. Central Weber Sewer Improvement District - Notice of Proposed Tax Increase. Council member Bart Blair, who serves as a Board member for the Central Weber Sewer Improvement District, will present information on the District's proposed 2025 tax increase.
4. Public Hearing:
a. Proposed Arts Grants Funding. Proposed Resolution 2025-14 awarding arts grants for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 and setting forth findings pursuant to Utah Code Annotated § 10-8-2. (Adopt/not adopt resolution - roll call vote)
5. Reports from Planning Commission:
a. Proposed Rezone - 155 West 14th Street. Proposed Ordinance 2025-23 amending the zoning map of Ogden City, as adopted by Section 15-3-3 of the Ogden Municipal Code, to reclassify as Regional Commercial Zone (C-3) property heretofore classified as Limited Manufacturing Zone (M-1), generally located at 155 West 14th Street. (Receive public input; adopt/not adopt ordinance - roll call vote)
b. Proposed Zone Text Amendment - Landscaping Requirements for New Single-Family Dwellings. Proposed Ordinance 2025-24 amending the Ogden Municipal Code by amending Subsection 15-13-16.E to revise single family landscaping requirements, by making technical changes, and by amending the index as appropriate. (Receive public input; adopt/not adopt ordinance - roll call vote)
6. Reports from Administration:
a. Proposed Joint Resolution - America250 Participation and Celebration. Proposed Joint Resolution 2025-5 supporting America250 Utah and recognizing and approving of the Ogden/Weber America250 Committee. (Adopt/not adopt resolution - roll call vote)
b. Dissolution of Expired Redevelopment Project Areas. Proposed Ordinance 2025-25 terminating and dissolving certain redevelopment project areas. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance - roll call vote)
7. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comment will be limited to three minutes per person. Participants are to state their name for the record. Comments which cannot be made within these limits should be submitted in writing to the City Council Office (citycouncil@ogdencity.com).
The Council encourages civil discourse for everyone who participates in our meetings. Comments pertaining to an agenda item that includes a public hearing should be given during the meeting as that item is discussed.
