NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the South Jordan City Planning Commission will hold an in-person meeting on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 beginning at 6:30 PM in the South Jordan City Hall, located at 1600 W. Towne Center Drive, South Jordan, Utah for the purpose of receiving public input on and reviewing each of the following: - PLPLA202300214 - Daybreak Commerce Park Plat 4 Amendment, Subdivision Amendment, 7040 West Crimson View Drive, Dominion Engineering (applicant) - PLSPR202400220 - Atwell Suites, Site Plan, 10526 S. Jordan Gateway, Zach Gundry - The Richardson Design Partnership LLC (applicant) - PLZBA202500118 - Howland Zone Change, 9450 S. Redwood Rd., Tina Franco / Howland Partners (applicant) - PLZBA202400175 - Bess Dental Office Rezone, 9828 S Temple Dr, Shea Bess (Applicant) The meeting may also be joined virtually via Zoom.us phone and video conferencing. Ability to connect and view is dependent on an individual's internet connection, not the City.
