- ORDINANCE NO. O-27-2025 AN ORDINANCE OF EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY, UTAH, APPROVING THE FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE PORTER'S CROSSING MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND REZONING ONE VACANT LOT FROM OPEN SPACE TO R1 PREAMBLE WHEREAS, the City Council of Eagle Mountain City finds that it is in the public interest to rezone certain lands that are part of the Porter's Crossing Master Development Plan, as set forth more specifically in Exhibit A. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Eagle Mountain City, Utah: 1. The City Council finds that all required notices, public hearings, and other requirements have been completed for the City Council to consider and approve an amendment to the Porter's Crossing Master Development Plan by rezoning of certain property, as set forth in Exhibit A. 2. The one lot depicted and described in Exhibit A is hereby rezoned from Open Space to R1 on/for 0.34 acres of property located in the SE 1/4 of Section 20, T5S, R1W, located between 4011 E St. Andrews Drive and 4002 E Gazelle Run, known in the Utah County records as Parcel No. 58:034:0584 in Eagle Mountain City as set forth more specifically in Exhibit A. 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its first posting or publication. ADOPTED by the City Council of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, this 17th day of June, 2025. EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY, UTAH
