NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the South Jordan City Council will hold an in-person meeting on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, beginning at 6:30 PM in the South Jordan City Hall, located at 1600 W. Towne Center Drive, South Jordan, Utah for the purpose of receiving public input on and reviewing each of the following: Altitude Residential Development Project Land Use Public Hearing: Resolution R2025-12, Development Agreement pertaining to a proposed residential development, located at approximately 515 W. Ultradent Dr. The current zoning is A-1 and the proposed change is to R-M (PD). (Damir Drozdek/Steven) 15 min. Resolution R2025-13, Land Use designation pertaining to a proposed residential development, located at approximately 515 W. Ultradent Dr. The current zoning is A-1 and the proposed change is to R-M (PD). (Damir Drozdek/Steven) 15 min. Zoning Ordinance 2025-02-Z, Rezone pertaining to a proposed residential development, located at approximately 515 W. Ultradent Dr. The current zoning is A-1 and the proposed change is to R-M (PD). (Damir Drozdek/Steven) 15 min. Resolution R2025-24, FrontRunner Station Area Plan. The meeting may also be joined virtually via Zoom.us phone and video conferencing.
