Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance
Public Comment: Public participation (no action will be taken on any item until it is properly agendized). Citizens wishing to speak during public participation are asked to state their name for the record and limit comments to a minimal duration and/or for no longer than two (2) minutes.

Consent Agenda
All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered routine and may be acted upon by the Board with one action and without general discussion or a hearing. Any member of the Board or any citizen may request that an item be taken from the Consent Agenda, discussed and acted upon separately during this meeting.

7:05pm - Commissioner Comments
7:10pm - Treasurer's Report
7:15pm - Clerk's Report
7:25pm - District Manager's Report, to include Dust, Snow, Facilities, Equipment, etc.; this is a report only and not for action.
7:35pm - Chief's Report, to include all Fire, EMS & Wildland operations; this is a report only and not for action.
7:45pm - Personnel Report: action may include approving and/ratifying personnel actions..
7:50pm - Firefighting/EMS: Action may include approving repairs, purchase of new equipment, staffing, supplies, etc. and/or approving purchases specific to grant income.
8:00pm - Wildland Report: Review Wildland season, discuss any equipment, supplies or staffing needs. Action may include approving purchases.
8:05pm - Fire/EMS Fees: Review recommendation to increase Fire/EMS fee from $425 per year to $475-$500 per year. Action may include approving a new fee amount.
8:15pm - Dust Fees: Review recommendation to increase Dust fee from $100 per year to $115-$125 per year. Action may include approving a new fee amount.
8:25pm - Surplus Property: review surplus property and pricing. Action may include renewing listings, setting minimum prices, etc.
8:30pm - Zion View dust and snow removal goals. This is a discussion to explore possible options for these services and establish next steps and goals that will need to be met by Zion View home owners to move forward.
8:40pm - Policies and Procedures, SOP's, SOG's, EOG's: Review recommended updates for policies, procedures, SOP's, SOG's and/or EOGs. Action may include approving these as part of the review and updating of District Policies.
8:50pm - Other Business
8:55pm - Closed Session, if needed, to discuss personnel or pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
