ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID
WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT CLARIFIER REHABILITATION PROJECT
BRIGHAM CITY CORPORATION
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
The project consists of replacing, rebuilding, recoating, or otherwise refurbishing key components of Secondary Clarifier #2, located at Brigham City's wastewater treatment plant.
LOCATION OF WORK: The work is located at Brigham City Wastewater Department, 1175 W 675 N, Brigham City, UT 84302.
RECEIPTS OF BIDS: BID DAY UPDATED TO JULY 17, 2025 @ 3:00 PM. Was previously: 3:00 pm, July 10, 2025
COMPLETION OF THE WORK: All work needs to be completed by 10/15/2025.
OPENING OF BIDS: Sealed Bids for the construction of the Brigham City WWTP - Secondary Clarifier Rehabilitation will be received by Brigham City, at the office of the City Recorder, 20 North Main Street (PO BOX 1005, if USPS), Brigham City, UT, until 3:00pm local time on Thursday, July 17, 2025.
OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Bidding Documents may be viewed and purchased online at www.jonescivil.com. Following registration and payment of $20.00, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office's website as portable document format (PDF) files. Upon request, a printed copy of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office for $40 per copy. Costs related to obtaining Bidding Documents are non-refundable.
BID SECURITY: Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security. The selected Contractor shall guarantee all work with a Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Certificate of Insurance. See Instructions to Bidders and Agreement for more info.
