- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to change the general plan designation from LDR (Low Density Residential) to COM (Commercial) on approximately 11.72 acres located on the north-west corner of 3210 East and 2450 South. The applicant is JIMCO, LLC and the representative is Bob Hermandson. The project will be known as Sullivan Commercial General Plan Amendment.
