General Notice
Washington City is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Washington City 2025 Canal Trails
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Public Works office located at [1305 E Washington Dam Rd, Washington UT 84780 where Bids will be received], until [July 23rd, 2025] at [2:00 PM for receipt of Bids] local time. At that time the Bids received will be privately opened.
The Project includes the following Work:
Work in general consists of the furnishing of all labor and materials for the Canal Trail project. The trails are located in three (3) locations from 1. Uintah Dr to Red Sands Dr, 2. Washington Dam Rd to Silver Falls Dr. and 3. Silver Falls Dr to Lost Ridge Dr. The 10 foot wide trails combined are approximately 6,625 feet long.

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated link. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents on compact disk will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen. Bidding Documents are available for purchase in the following formats:

Pre-bid Conference
