6. NEW BUSINESS
6.1 DISCUSSION/MOTION:APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE PICKLEBALL PHASE THREE PROJECT
The Project has gone out to bid. The sealed bid packets will be opened on June 26, 2025.
6.2 MOTION/RESOLUTION 25-15 :APPROVAL OF CONTRACT FOR PLAN REVIEW/INSPECTION AND BUILDING INSPECTION SERVICES
PLANNING SERVICES
The City will enter into a contract for Building Inspection/General Planning Services
6.3 DISCUSSION/MOTION: APPROVAL OF DISSOLUTION OF CHIEF BUILDING
INSPECTOR/PLANNING POSITION
The Position of Chief Building Inspector will be dissolved in favor of contract services.
7. COUNCIL COMMUNICATION WITH STAFF
This is a discussion item only. No final action will be taken.
8. ADMINISTRATION REPORTS
This is an opportunity for staff to address the Council pertaining to administrative items.
