1. Tanner Flats Right-of-Way Vacation
The Planning Commission will review a right-of-way vacation in the Tanner Flats subdivision
located at approximately east of Summit Ridge Parkway between S. Stone Brook Lane and S.
Cedar Pass Drive.
2. Tanner Flats Phase 2 Plat Amendment
The Planning Commission will review the proposed Tanner Flats phase 2 plat amendment for
the subdivision located at approximately east of Summit Ridge Parkway between S. Stone
Brook Lane and S. Cedar Pass Drive.
3. Agritourism in Santaquin City
The Planning Commission will consider amending Santaquin City Code(s) 10.08.020,
10.20.070, 10.20.080, 10.20.090, 10.20.100, 10.20.110, 10.20.120, 10.20.130, 10.20.150,
10.20.210, 10.20.220, and 10.24 to consider agritourism and related activities in most zones of
Santaquin City.
