PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 PM.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: PLANNING COMMISSION WORK AND REGULAR MEETINGS - JUNE 10, 2025.
ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
1. Layton RV and Boat Storage - CONDITIONAL USE
The applicant, Kelly Cheney, is requesting a conditional use amendment to expand an existing Auto and Travel Trailer Storage facility. The property is located at 857 North Marshall Way.
2. Seboya Farms PRUD Subdivision - PRELIMINARY PLAT
The applicant, Brad Frost representing Capital Reef Management, is requesting preliminary plat approval for The Seboya Farms PRUD Subdivision which includes 61 single-family residential lots and 26 townhome units. The property is located at 1275 West Gentile Street.
