O-23-2025 AN ORDINANCE OF EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY, UTAH, APPROVING THE STEEPLECHASE SOUTH SUBDIVISION SECOND PLAT AMENDMENT (877 N PONY EXPRESS PARKWAY) PREAMBLE WHEREAS, the City Council of Eagle Mountain City finds that it is in the public interest to approve the Steeplechase South Subdivision Second Plat Amendment (877 N Pony Express Parkway) as set forth more specifically in Exhibit A. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Eagle Mountain City, Utah: 1. The City Council finds that all required notices, public hearings, and other requirements have been completed for the City Council to consider and approve the Second Amended Plat for Steeplechase South Subdivision (877 N Pony Express Parkway), as set forth more specifically in Exhibit A. 2. The Amended Plat for Steeplechase South Subdivision (877 N Pony Express Parkway) is approved as set forth more specifically in Exhibit A. 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its first posting or publication. ADOPTED by the City Council of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, this 3rd day of June, 2025.
