CITY COUNCIL AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD A REGULAR MEETING AT 7:00 PM ON JUNE 17, 2025 AT CENTERVILLE CITY HALL, 250 NORTH MAIN STREET, CENTERVILLE, UTAH. Centerville City Council meetings are open to the public, unless otherwise closed for reasons allowed by law. Centerville City Council meetings may be conducted via electronic means pursuant to Utah Code § 52-4-207. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations due to a disability may contact the City Recorder at (801) 295-3477, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs or provide greater efficiency. Water Rate Increase Consider amending the Fee Schedule to increase the Culinary Water Rate by 5% - Resolution No. 2025-10 4. Public Hearing - FY 2026 Final Budget a. Continue Public Hearing and Adoption of the FY 2026 Final Budget from June 3, 2025 - Resolution No. 2025-08 b. Setting the tax levy - Resolution 2025-09 5. Public Hearing - FY 2025 Budget Amendment #2 Consider FY 2025 Budget Amendment #2 - Resolution No. 2025-12 6. Public Hearing - Urban Deer Control Plan - COR Application Renewal of COR with Division of Wildlife Resources and the Centerville City Deer Control Plan 7. First Responders First Mental Health Contract First Responder First Mental Health Contract for Police Department 8. GovWell Permitting Software Services Agreement Consider approval of GovWell Technologies permitting software services agreement and implementation. E. CLOSED SESSION The City Council may vote to discuss matters in a closed session for reasons allowed by law, including, but not limited to, the provisions of Utah Code § 52-4-205 of the Open and Public Meetings Act, and for attorney-client matters that are privileged pursuant to Utah Code § 78B-1-137. L.
