A resolution reappointing Michelle Coker and Jocelyn Kessler to the Draper City Tree Committee.

An ordinance reviewing a development agreement for 110 acres of property located at 3235 East 15780 South in the RR-22 zone within Draper City, otherwise known as the Alpine Hollow development agreement. Staff report by Jennifer Jastremsky.
7.b Public Hearing: Approval of Ordinance #1655 and #1656
An ordinance amending the official zoning map from the RA1 and RA2 zones to the RM2 zone, amending the land use map from the residential low/medium density designation to the residential high density designation, and a development agreement to approve a density range for approximately 20 acres of land located at 600 East Kimballs Ln, otherwise known as the Kimballs Junction zoning map amendment, land use map amendment, and development agreement.
