Board of Trustees, Special Meeting
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT (THE 'DISTRICT') WILL HOLD A MEETING ON JUNE 17, 2025, AT 3:30 P.M. AT THE OFFICE OF GILMORE & BELL P.C., 15 WEST SOUTH TEMPLE STREET, SUITE 1400 (14TH FLOOR), SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH 84101.
A. Call to Order
B. Budget Public Hearing and Adoption
1. Public Hearing to review and receive public comment on the District's Tentative Budget and consideration for adoption of the Final Budget for Calendar Year 2025.
C. Action Items
1. Approve Minutes from May 29, 2025, Board of Trustees Meeting.
2. Approve Amended Minutes from April 17, 2025, Board of Trustees Meeting.
3. District authorizing the District Chair/Treasurer or Vice Chair to obtain public officials' bonds for the district Treasurer in the amounts of up to $1,500,000.
4. Consider approval of the Infrastructure Acquisition and Reimbursement Agreement between the District and SEG Real Estate LLC and Smith Entertainment Group, LLC.
D. Reports
1. Report on pricing of the Bonds.
2. Report on hiring of Dissemination Agent.
E. Adjourn
If needed, the Board may temporarily recess the regular meeting and convene in a closed session to discuss (a) the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, (b) strategy sessions to discuss collective bargaining, (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, or to discuss a proposed development agreement, project proposal, or financing proposal related to the development of land owned by the State, (e) strategy sessions to discuss the sale of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, (f) discussion regarding deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems, (g) investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal misconduct as provided
