- CITY OF OREM NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING The Orem City Council will hold the following public hearings on December 12, 2023, at approximately 6:00 p.m. to consider the following: PUBLIC HEARING - REZONE - Amending Article 22-5-3 (A) and the zoning map of the City of Orem by enacting Article 22-11-65 and Appendix ZZ of the Orem City code and by rezoning the property located generally at 1350 East 740 North from the R12 zone to the PD-52 zone (approximately 6 acres). PUBLIC HEARING - Considering the settlement agreement between Wright Development Group and Orem City, including design standards and concept plans, for the property located generally at 841 South State Street in the C2 zone. The proposed amendments are available in the Office of Development Services, Room #105, 56 North State Street, Orem, Utah. If you have any questions regarding the proposed zone change or amendments, contact the Development Services Department at 801-229-7058. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS. If you need a special accommodation to participate in the City Council Meetings, please call the City Recorder's Office.
