Approval of Agenda Order 2. Disclosures and Declarations of Conflicts from Council Members and Mayor. C. CONSENT AGENDA: 1. Review and possible approval of meeting minutes from March 20, 2024 City Council Meeting, April 3, 2024 Special City Council Meeting. D. CITY DEPARTMENT REPORTS 1. City Manager - Afton Moore 2. Discussion and possible action on a conditional use application submitted by Robert Lewis to exceed the permitted height of an accessory building. Tax ID # T-AHP-A-53. Current zoning is R-1-20 Single Family Residential. 2. Discussion and possible action on a zone change application submitted by Troy Wall. Tax ID: #T-91-A-1-A-2. Current zoning is R-1-20 Single Family Residential. Requested zoning is R-1-12 Single Family Residential. 3. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2024.XX - Modifying the Uniform Fee Schedule to revise plan review fees, land use fees and subdivision fees. 4. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2024.XX - Amending and restating Toquerville City Code Title 8 Public Utilities to include deposits and extend the discontinuance of service timeframe. H. CALENDAR OF EVENTS: 1. Spring Social - Wednesday, April 24th, 2024, at Center Street Park 6:00 PM 2.
