NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Bluffdale City Planning Commission at a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. and before the City Council on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on a proposed text amendment to the Bluffdale City Land Use Ordinance 11.100.010.080, regarding a building height change from 35' to 45' in the Light Industrial (I-1) zone, Mountain Point Business Center 3, LLC, Applicant. In addition to attendance in person, if you have any comments or concerns, there are several additional ways to participate in the meeting as follows: 1. View meeting on the City's website: www.bluffdale.gov 2. Email your comments to for the Planning Commission and include the name of the applicant(s) in the subject line of the email to planningmeetingcomment@bluffdale.gov 3.
