NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN THAT THE REGULAR MEETING MAY BE HELD ELECTRONICALLY. AUDIO EQUIPMENT WILL BE USED TO ENSURE THE COMMENTS/VOTES OF EACH COUNCIL MEMBER PARTICIPATING ELECTRONICALLY WILL BE AUDIBLE TO THOSE ATTENDING THE MEETING.
