Description/Agenda: UTAH BOARD OF OIL, GAS AND MINING DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES STATE OF UTAH NOTICE OF EMERGENCY BOARD MEETING The Utah Board of Oil, Gas and Mining will hold an emergency board meeting on December 13, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. via google meet. The meeting will be streamed live on the Department of Natural Resources YouTube channel at https://youtube.com/live/CSRipxa4YcU, with an anchor location in the auditorium of the Department of Natural Resources, 1594 West North Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah. Agenda: 1) the vote on the new OGM Director and 2) a vote on approval of Kennecott's second round of financial assurances.
