PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 8th day of August, 2017. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Commissioner Ebert B. Invocation - C. Pledge of Allegiance - Fatima Fernelius D. Thought of the Day - Commissioner Ebert E. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of warrants #1157-1162 and #419355-419640 in the amount of $1,325,034.89. 2. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $138,279.73. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on August 1, 2017. 4. Request from the Weber County Fleet Department for approval to surplus a 2001 Elgin J0407D Sweeper Truck and a 1973 Ford Paint Stripper. 5. Request for approval to defer taxes on parcel 04-061-0033 in accordance with State Code 59-2-1347. 6. Request for approval of Weber County Human Resources Policy 4-200-Leave Practices. 7. Request for approval of Weber County Human Resources Policy 4-100-Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). F. Action Items 1.
