- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS PERRY CITY SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that on September 29, 2016 the Perry City Planning Commission will hold, in the City Council Chambers at 3005 South 1200 West in Perry, as part of its regular meeting (which starts at approx. 7:00 p.m.) a public hearing to receive public comment regarding (1) an Application to amend the zoning map to change Parcel No. 02-035-0024 (comprising of 13.74 Acres), north of Cherry Ridge Subdivision from 'AL' Agricultural Zoning to 'R2' Residential Zoning. The public hearings will commence at approx. 7:15 p.m.
