AMERICAN FORK CITY COUNCIL APRIL 26, 2016 *AMENDED - PUBLIC HEARING, REGULAR SESSION AGENDA PUBLIC HEARING The American Fork City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 26, 2016, in the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street as follows: 1. 7:20 p.m. Receiving of public comment on the vacation of a portion of Right-Of-Way at 1226 South 630 East. REGULAR SESSION The American Fork City Council will meet in regular session on Tuesday, April 26, 2016, in the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance; prayer by Administrative Management Analyst Camden Bird; roll call. 2. Twenty-minute public comment period - limited to two minutes per person. 3. City Administrator's Report. 4. Council Reports concerning Committee Assignments. 5. Mayor's Report COMMON CONSENT AGENDA (Common Consent is that class of Council action that requires no further discussion or which is routine in nature. All items on the Common Consent Agenda are adopted by a single motion unless removed from the Common Consent Agenda by the Mayor or a Councilmember and placed in the action items.) 1. Approval of the April 12, 2016 Minutes 2. Approval of the city bills for payment and purchase requests over $25,000 3. Review and action on a progress release for the performance guarantee bond in the amount of $176,699.00 for the Green Springs Subdivision located at 150 North State Street (Requested by Dale Goodman, Public Works) 4. Review and action on a progress release for the performance guarantee bond in the amount of $280,522.14 for the Eddington Estates Subdivision located at 900 West 900 North. (Requested by Dale Goodman, Public Works) ACTION ITEMS 1. Review and action on an Arbor Day Proclamation. (Requested by Terilyn Lurker, Deputy Recorder) 2. Review and action on an Ordinance approving the vacation of a portion of Right Of Way at 1226 South 630 East (Requested by Dale Goodman, Public Works) 3. Review and action on an Ordinance approving a zone map amendment from the R-1-12,000 Residential zone to the R-1-9,000 Residential zone, located at 1370 North 100 East. (Requested by Adam Olsen, Planning) 4. Review and action on the approval of contracts with the Food Truck Rally and the Happy Valley Farmers Market (Requested by Audra Sorensen, Administration) *5. Review and action on the 2016 Utah County Municipal Recreation Grant Application in the amount of $15,205.16. (Requested by Derric Rykert) 6. Review and action on subdivisions, commercial projects, condominiums, and PUD's including 1) plat approval; 2) method of satisfaction of water rights requirements; 3) posting of an improvement bond or setting of a time frame for improvement installation; and 4) authorization to sign the final plat and acceptance of all dedications to the public and to have the plat recorded a. Ordinance approving a commercial site plan for IFA-American Fork Planned Commercial Development, located in the vicinity of 600 North 900 West. (Requested by Adam Olsen, Planning) b.
