Notice of a Regular Commission Meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of Weber County, Utah PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 13th day of October 2015. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Commissioner Gibson B. Invocation - C. Pledge of Allegiance - Ricky Hatch D. Thought of the Day - Commissioner Gibson E. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $152,048.65. 2. Request for approval of warrants #325808-#325938 in the amount of $541,070.21. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on October 6, 2015. 4. Request from the Golden Spike Event Center for approval to surplus three mobile stages and a 1963 12 ton Asphalt Roller. F. Action Items 1. Request for approval of three right of way contracts for the 3500 West Project: Wesley & Sharee Robison, Parcel 71 Val Carver, Parcel 42 Jared Prince, Parcel 52 Presenter: Jared Andersen 2. Request for approval of two right of way contracts for the12th Street Project: Anthony & Eliza Lyons, Parcel 109 Egan Farm Service, Parcel 166 Presenter: Jared Andersen 3. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Grant Mackay Company for the demolition of a property. Presenter: Jared Andersen 4. Request for approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement by and between Weber County and Hooper Water Improvement District for election services. Presenter: Ryan Cowley 5. Request for approval of a Cooperative Agreement by and between Weber County and the Utah State University Extension Service for a new contracted finance educator position.
