- The Willard City Council and Planning Commission will hold a joint Work Session at the Willard City Hall, 80 West 50 South on March 12, 2015 beginning at 5:00 p.m. The Work Session will be to discuss: PROPOSED REVISIONS TO THE WILLARD CITY GENERAL PLAN. The Willard City Council of the Willard City Corporation will then hold their regular meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call to Order a. Invocation b. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Open Comment Period (Individuals have three minutes for open comments. If required, items may be referred to department heads for resolution. Items requiring action by the City Council will be placed on the agenda for a future meeting.) 3. Business a. Council member Fredde Report on information from the Division of Water Quality and the DWQ Board meeting scheduled March 25 2015. b. Planning Commission 1) Projects report c. Financial 1) Warrants 2) Vouchers 3) Reports d. Approval of minutes: February 26 2015 meeting 4. Department Reports a. Maintenance Department 1) Progress report 100 N Waterline Project b. Police Department c. Fire Department 1) Request for approval to purchase 3 batteries for Engine 51 5. Council members a. Robert Beebe b. Mike Crossley 1) Leak at Fire Station in south side restrooms c. Del Fredde 1) Chris Kilpack Eagle Scout project d. Josh Braegger 1) Request for approval of bid from Thick and Green to fertilize parks. e. Michelle Mund 6. Mayors General Correspondence and Information 7. Adjourn Pursuant to section 52-4-204 UCA the City Council may vote to go in to an executive session for the purposes stated by section 52-4-205 UCA.
