PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Uintah County Planning Commission will meet at 6:00 pm, Wednesday, January 18th, 2012 at 152 East 100 North Vernal, State/County Building, on the second floor in the Commission Chambers.
PUBLIC HEARING: REZONE
1. Uintah County – Requesting a rezone of property located at 330 South Aggie Blvd, Vernal, Utah; Serial number 04:133:0002, from RA-1 Residential Agricultural to C-1 Commercial.
2. David Morton – Requesting a rezone of property located at 2225 East Hwy 40 and 2289 East 3200 South, Vernal, Utah; Serial numbers 06:050:0014 & 06:050:0124, from C-1 Commercial to C-2 Commercial.
PUBLIC HEARING: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
3. David Morton – Requesting a Conditional Use Permit for an Oilfield Rental Business on property located at 2225 East Hwy 40 and 2289 East 3200 South, Vernal, Utah; Serial numbers 06:050:0014 & 06:050:0124.
4. Brown Brothers Construction - Requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a sand and gravel pit with a crusher on property owned by SITLA, located on Section 31, Township 10 South, Range 21 East, Uintah County, Utah.
5. XTO Energy – Requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Communications Tower on property owned by SITLA, located on Section 36, Township 10 South, Range 19 East, Uintah County, Utah.
6. Skyview Excavation – Requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Sand and Gravel Pit with a crusher on property owned by SITLA, located on Section 32, Township 11 South, Range 21 East, Uintah County, Utah.
